My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, offering a level of luxury that surpassed my expectations. The convenient connection to Pacific Place Mall was a definite plus, and the reasonable price made it even more appealing. The executive lounge access with its array of services from early morning to late night was a fantastic bonus.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service from the staff at the 21st-floor executive lounge. The location was perfect, in the heart of Jakarta's central business district with direct access to a shopping mall, and the service was outstanding with friendly and attentive staff. The dining options were excellent, especially in the club lounge, offering a fantastic variety of tasty dishes.
